I Became My Own Life Coach

I'm actually an amazing coach! My confidence soars on the pool side and developed in the water. I was a competitive swimmer and consider myself a fish out of water. I coached the SwimTeam in a neighboring town and it was "the time of my life". My youngest two sons started dancing in the opposite direction geographically our life was not forming around the pool and I wasn't able to continue. But, my coaching skills are always with me in and out of the water. I apply them to my life daily. It's easy for me to see my childhood and understand exactly the events that took place and the reason for their outcome. I have an incredible sense of understanding emotions and therefore, applying relief in a healthy manner. I credit my jumbled, stumbled, tumble sort of life for giving me clarity, knowledge and peace. Swimming taught me, discipline, confidence, determination and gave me strength to walk through my life. Im glad I can look at my past at a glance now, smile and continue to move forward on my own clear mind. Namaste' peeps!
